NEW Fox Home – Praxell Digital Voucher Excluding Promotions and Discounts

The terms for using the voucher are as follow:

The voucher shall be used by presenting the mobile phone with the notice sent to the recipient of the voucher displaying the digital code, and alternatively by presenting the notice with the digital code sent to the recipient of the voucher by email (hereinafter: the “Notice”).
The voucher may be used up to the nominal value set forth in the notice (the “Nominal Value”).
In the event the voucher is partially used, the code must be saved for purpose of further use of up to the Nominal Value amount.
The issue date of the voucher is the date on which Fox sent the Notice. The voucher may be used for a period of 5 years from the date on which Fox sent the Notice.
The voucher may only be used at Fox Home in Israel, excluding outlets.
A voucher that has a code beginning with 1234 does not include promotions and discounts, and may not be used alongside club benefits and/or discounts.
The voucher may not be converted into cash and no change or credit shall be granted for partial use.
The voucher may not be used online.
The voucher may not be used to purchase gift cards and/or any other voucher/card.
The voucher may not be used in outlet stores and/or for purchasing outlet items.
A digital code that was lost and/or deleted for any reason cannot be restored.
Fox shall not be liable in the event of loss and/or deletion of a digital code as foregoing.
The Company shall not be liable in the event of arguments whereby the digital code was used by someone other than the recipient of the code and/or the code being stolen and/or any other argument in this matter.
The card balance may be checked at balance.dreamgiftcard.co.il.
In the event of contradiction between the provisions of this section and the provisions of governing law, governing law shall take precedent.
